The Controller of the personal data collected via the http://www.angelriver.pl/ website (hereinafter: the Website) is Angel River Sp. z o.o. spółka komandytowa, having its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Walońska 11/4U, 50-413 Wrocław, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6 th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number KRS 0000624969, e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org (hereinafter: the Controller). In special cases, where clearly indicated, other controllers may also collect data via the Website.
In connection with the use of the form provided on the Website, the data of the Website user (hereinafter: the Customer) are collected, recorded, and processed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. (hereinafter: GDPR)
Every time the Website is visited it is captured by recording the current IP address of the Customer, the date and time, browser type and computer operating system, as well as the websites visited. The above does not, however, enable the collection of the Customer’ personal data, as it does not allow for the Customer to be identified.
Personal data is captured only when provided by the Customer, e.g. when requesting an interview with a consultant or in the course of e-mail correspondence. Such data are processed only for the purpose for which they were provided (e.g. scheduling a meeting or providing answers to questions). The Customer may also consent to a wider use of his/her personal data.
If, for the purpose of conducting and completing processes related to data processing, services of third parties are used (processing outsourcing), such entities are obligated to comply with the provisions of the personal data processing outsourcing agreement concluded with the Controller.
Personal data that will be provided to the Controller via the Website shall be stored only until the completion of the purpose for which they were provided, unless relevant regulations obligate the Controller to store them for a longer periods or the Customer gave prior consent for the continued processing of the data.
If the consent to process the Customer’s personal data is revoked or the data has become outdated, they will be erased, rectified, or rendered anonymous. The Customer has the right to obtain information about all of the personal data processed by the Controller relating to the Customer and to request their rectification. The Customer also has the right demand that his/her data be erased, the right to object to the processing, the right to restrict the processing, and the right to data portability ,pursuant to the relevant provisions of articles 17-20 of GDPR.
In order to exercise the right referred to above the Controller can be contacted by sending a relevant written notice, by post or via e-mail, to the address provided above.
The Controller uses technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data being processed appropriate to the risks and the category of data being protected, and in particular to protect data against their unauthorised disclosure, takeover by an unauthorised person, processing in violation of the regulations in force and amendment, loss, damage, or destruction.
Where the Website refers – also via a link – to third party websites, the Controller does not guarantee or accept liability for the accuracy or completeness of information there presented, or for the security of data on such websites. As the Controller has no control over the compliance with the personal data processing regulations by third parties, it is recommended to always verify the personal data protection declarations presented on such websites.
